Gordon Leslie's strong start
Glasgow-based Gordon Leslie Distribution says it had first year sales
of £2.5m, for the year ended September 2005.
The business left Geodis group in June 2004, Managing Director Craig Leslie tells Motor Transport: "Sales in the first year were a significant improvement on initial expectations. Joining PalletForce was a major contributing factor in the business growth."
The firm has taken on four Mercedes Axor 18-tonne rigids which have dual PalletForce/Gordon Leslie livery. A further two Volvo FM rear-steer rigids are due for delivery early December.
